The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caderousse tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kure sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Caderousse somewhat.
Kure pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Kure fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Caderousse manages to avoid it.
Caderousse shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Kure counters with a single leg into guard. Caderousse didn't expect that.
Kure is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Nordic Top Team that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kure postures up and lands a big shot to Caderousse's brow.
Caderousse is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Caderousse controls Kure momentarily but Kure frees himself.

Caderousse looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kure is defending well. Caderousse quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kure has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Caderousse celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
