Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Grizzly Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pinoy Pride (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams wants to clinch.
Adams moves in looking to clinch but Pride pushes him off.
The fighters circle momentarily. Pride darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Adams moves into the clinch.
Adams lands a knee to the head.
Adams looking to slow down the pace here.

Adams throws a knee to the head but misses.
Pride tries to score a body lock takedown but Adams shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Adams lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Adams with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Pride gets through Adams's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Adams stalling in the clinch but Pride improves position.

Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Adams obliges.
Adams throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Pride blocks it with crossed arms.
Adams misses with a knee strike.
Pride goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Adams prevents a takedown attempt there.
Adams trying to control the position but instead, Pride has worked for underhooks and has pushed Adams into the cage.

Adams has clasped his hands together around Pride's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Pride is trying to control Adams's posture but Adams avoids it.
Pride sneaks back into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pride is looking for a sweep. Adams is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Adams is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Pride has managed to free his arm - good work.
Pride missing with punches from the bottom.
Adams prevents Pride from improving his position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pride makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Pride.

Pride working for a triangle but Adams defends it easily.

Adams thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Our spies down at at Pitbull MMA inform us that Pride has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Adams throwing strikes from guard but Pride blocks nicely.
Adams will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Adams thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Pride looking to hit a scissor sweep but Adams is one step ahead there.
Adams really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pride looking for a guillotine here but Adams defends easily.
Adams postures up in Pride's guard and throws a big left but Pride blocks it.

Adams drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Adams jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Pride is looking to cinch up a triangle. Adams throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Pride's body to avoid the submission. Pride has instead reached around Adams's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Pride arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
