The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chamba shoots in and gets a takedown into Wongsawat's guard.

Chamba drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Chamba jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Chamba drops back looking for a leg! Wongsawat is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Wongsawat manages to kick Chamba off! Chamba jumps back into Wongsawat's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chamba forces his way into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wongsawat is not content to let Chamba control the position.
