The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prudnikov tries a head kick but it misses.

Prudnikov looks to land a combination. Barboza sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Edson Barboza has been cut.

Prudnikov lands a big head kick that sends Barboza tumbling to the mat! Prudnikov takes a step backwards and waves Barboza back to his feet - he wants the finish!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Prudnikov sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Barboza's defenses. It connects perfectly with Barboza's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
