Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dong Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Killa W (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dong Dong has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dong avoids a punch combination nicely.
No joy there for W, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

and W takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dong drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Dong jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Dong slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if W can do anything to dispel that myth.
W is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Dong is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. W knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
W wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Dong tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dong has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Dong misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
W gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
W is in all sorts of trouble here.

W really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dong. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
