Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Reko Mehtala!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Hector Garcia!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Paul Tew and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Mehtala.
Mehtala takes a swing at Garcia's ribcage but misses.
A telegraphed right hand from Garcia misses the target.
Mehtala throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Garcia.
Mehtala on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Reko Mehtala has been cut.
Garcia throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Mehtala colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Garcia as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Mehtala is left battered and dazed whilst Garcia and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hector Garcia!
