The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brawler tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lewis was well out of range. Poor timing from Brawler.
Brawler throws a body punch but Lewis moves out of range.
Lewis fails with an attempt to clinch.
Brawler works over Lewis's head and body with a nice combination.
Lewis ducks under a wild hook from Brawler.

Brawler scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Brawler looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Brawler remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Brawler creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lewis sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The referee asks Brawler politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Brawler prefers to stall for the moment though.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Brawler is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lewis is trying to escape and Brawler transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lewis is forced to tap! Nice work there by Brawler! Very nice indeed!
