Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Emmanuel Armstrong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Emmanuel Armstrong has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Emmanuel Armstrong seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Edson Gomes and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Armstrong has his takedown stuffed
and Pain counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Pain.
Armstrong tries to pull guard but Pain forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Pain managing to block the knees to the body from Armstrong.
Pain manages to pull guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Pain bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Armstrong's guard.
Pain sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Armstrong's guard.
Pain wants to pass to mount but Armstrong is defending the position.
Pain with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Pain passes to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pain controlling his opponent.
Pain trying to control but Armstrong is having none of it.
Pain working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Pain is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Armstrong is forced to tap! Great finish!
