The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
It looks like El Ka Bong has been cut.
Donk. Villamora catches Bong right on the button with a cross.
Bong avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bong takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Villamora punishes Bong's body with a nice straight punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Villamora clobbers Bong with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Villamora is stalking Bong. Bong circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Villamora, and it's lights out! Bong really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Carrera Villamora!
Carrera Villamora gave a mention to VICIOUS FIGHT GEAR in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
