Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shape Shifter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willy Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Wuzz, as that shot connected.
Wuzz lands with a straight right. Shifter didn't see that one coming.
Wuzz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shifter manages to avoid it.
Wuzz misses with a body shot.
Shifter fails to land the takedown.
Wuzz scores with a jab. Shifter acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Wuzz jabbing away but nothing is landing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shifter shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Shifter showed some decent athleticism there.
Shifter seems to be looking for submissions.

We've been hearing good reports from Shifter's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
