The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Franklin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Marsh, who protects the arm well.
Franklin misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
Franklin tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Sloppy strikes there by Franklin.
Franklin is chipping away with strikes.
Franklin throws a strike aimed at the side of Marsh's head but Marsh avoids it well.
Franklin is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
