Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Marat Sanayev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Refugio Regalado!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Regalado scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Sanayev definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Refugio Regalado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Regalado works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.

It looks like Marat Sanayev has been cut.
Sanayev's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Regalado connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sanayev scrambles back to his feet.
Regalado lands with an overhand left.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Regalado fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Sanayev takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A shot to the liver by Regalado. Beautiful body shot.
Regalado lands a nice shot to the body.
Sanayev walks straight into a right hand from Regalado - that's dropped him! Regalado jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Sanayev from any more punishment! Sanayev complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
