Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Popeye Wiggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wiggs.
Brown closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wiggs circles away.

Wiggs gets caught flat footed, as Brown shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Brown shoots for a double leg takedown but Wiggs sprawls well. He's pushed Brown's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ivan Brown.
