Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Timmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marlon Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Griffin has chosen "Don't Waste My Time" by Jim Johnston as his entrance music. Marlon Griffin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Griffin manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Timmer on his heels. He'll look to pass Timmer's guard now, I'm sure.

Griffin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
