Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Pogi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Berting Labra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Labra has chosen krolithika as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
20 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Arthur Pogi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Berting Labra!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Labra thumps Pogi with a low kick.
Labra smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Labra tries to close the distance and clinch but Pogi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pogi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Labra lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Labra throws a quick inside leg kick.
Pogi fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Labra scores with a nice body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Labra connects with a leg kick. Pogi looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Pogi has his takedown stuffed
and Labra counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Labra.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Arthur Pogi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Pogi is working for takedown but Labra is calmly controlling the position for now.
Pogi blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Labra lands a nice knee to the body.
Pogi is breathing heavily.

Labra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Labra fails in his attempt to clinch.
Pogi takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Pogi on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Labra throws an off balance right hand
and Pogi counters with a nice double leg into side control. Labra won't be happy with that.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pogi is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Labra is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Pogi tries for a kimura but Labra is defending well.
Labra is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pogi goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Labra has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Pogi but great work by Labra.
Pogi tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Labra looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Pogi is avoiding damage well.
Labra stands up.
Good standup being displayed there by Labra as he connects with a hook.
Labra clinches.
Labra prevents a takedown attempt there.

Labra tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Labra lands a shoulder strike.
Pogi drops down looking for an ankle pick but Labra pulls his leg out and moves away.
Labra has closed the distance and engaged Pogi in a clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Pogi takes a knee right on the jaw!
Labra misses with the head strike.
Pogi goes for a takedown in the clinch but Labra prevents it.
Labra breaks from the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Pogi needs to keep his hands up - Labra had a free shot at his head there.
Labra walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pogi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Oooooh!!! Labra has knocked Pogi down with a huge combo! Labra steps away and waves a wobbly Pogi back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Pogi is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Labra steps in with a hook that catches Pogi right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Labra follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Pogi looks absolutely devastated.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Berting Labra!
