The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diggler throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Chimutengwende.
Diggler buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Diggler drives through with a takedown into Chimutengwende's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Chimutengwende sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Diggler's guard.

Diggler tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Chimutengwende.
Diggler blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Chimutengwende keeps control of Diggler as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Chimutengwende jumps guard and drags Diggler to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Diggler is posturing up here but Chimutengwende has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Diggler tries to roll out but it's too tight and Diggler has to tap! Slick submission there by Chimutengwende!
