Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Agamemnon Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins doesn't manage to clinch there - Black circles away.
Collins shoots in but Black avoids the takedown attempt easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Collins lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Black throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Collins's waist but Collins gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Black off to one side.
Collins tries to close the distance and clinch up but Black swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Collins looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Black with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Collins feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Collins cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Well Collins has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
