Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chris Flint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sinclair Church (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Church is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Jesus is Just Alright. Sinclair Church has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flint stuffs the takedown.
Flint throws a combination. Church tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Flint swats away the attempt to clinch by Church.
Church takes one on the button.
Church doesn't manage to clinch there - Flint circles away.
Church tries to clinch but Flint moves out of range.
Church is looking to clinch.
Church moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Church tries to clinch but Flint is having none of it.
Church shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Flint as he avoids it easily.
Flint stuns Church with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Church has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Church there as he acknowledges the shot.

Church closes the distance and pushes Flint back into the cage.

Church is trying to drag Flint to the mat but Flint just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Church with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Flint to score with a decent uppercut.
Flint leaves Church with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Church is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Flint gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Church wants a takedown but no success here.
Flint is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Church is keeping busy.

Church has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Flint regains guard immediately.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Church is defended easily by Flint.

Church shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Flint but Flint pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Flint wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Church fails with an attempt to clinch.

Flint fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Church to the ground. Flint is now in Church's guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Flint throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Church works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Flint trying to control the position from guard on top but Church is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Church doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Church will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Church fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Flint avoids it really well and circles away.
Church moves out of range of the body kick from Flint.
Church shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Flint as he jumps to the side.

Flint scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Flint stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Flint wants it to stay on the feet.
The fight stays on the outside here - Church looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Flint looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Flint closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Church is defending against the submission attempts here by Flint.
Flint wants to take a breather but Church is having none of it.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Flint uses his free foot to push down on Church's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Church.
Church is trying to escape the mount.

Flint has hold of Church's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Church manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Church throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Flint landing strikes, looking to finish!

Church is rocked!
Flint has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Flint postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Church in real trouble here! The ref calls for Church to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
