The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Putinin.
Doucet avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Putinin is looking to clinch but Doucet is avoiding it.

Putinin closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Doucet doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Doucet struggles to land a body shot inside as Putinin controls his hands.
A knee to the head by Putinin.
Putinin unloads a knee to the mid-section. Doucet lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Putinin comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Doucet is rocked!

It looks like Aaron Doucet has been cut.
Doucet is pressed against the cage. Putinin pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Doucet! Two more big strikes from Putinin and Doucet crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!
