Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Glen Dale Arizona!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Shimada and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leepen looks for a takedown but Arizona sprawls well.
Arizona looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Leepen misses with a jab, cross combination.
Leepen misses with a series of wild punches.

Oooooh!!! Leepen has knocked Arizona down with a huge combo! Leepen steps away and waves a wobbly Arizona back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!


Arizona is rocked!

Leepen gets a double leg takedown into Arizona's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Arizona is trying to control the position but Leepen postures up.
Our spies down at at Ultimate MMA Training Center inform us that Arizona has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Arizona working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Leepen.

Arizona is looking for a triangle here but Leepen uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Leepen lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Arizona down.

Leepen is looking to take a break and control but Arizona is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Leepen is chipping away with strikes.
Leepen working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Leepen scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Arizona is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Leepen can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Krisu Leepen seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
