Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lawrance Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Ricard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adams comes to the cage accompanied by My World. Ricard has chosen Frank The Tank as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 27 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frank Ricard!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Richard Clark and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ricard rushes Adams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Ricard blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Ricard manages to break the clinch.
Adams avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ricard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Adams.

Ricard bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Adams tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Ricard decides to stand back up. Ricard steps back and let's Adams get back to his feet.
Ricard misses with a few strikes there.
Ricard swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Adams counters with a two punch combo.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ricard drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Adams is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Ricard stands up.
Ricard checks a low kick from Adams.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ricard swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Adams.

Ricard takes the fight into the clinch.
Adams tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Ricard tries to break the clinch but Adams is controlling the position.
Adams misses with a punch on the inside.

Ricard breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Adams uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

It looks like Frank Ricard has been cut.
Lawrance Adams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ricard looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ricard takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Ricard fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ricard moves out of range as Adams strikes.

Adams sends Ricard crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Adams is motioning to the referee to let Ricard up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Ricard is rocked!
Ricard wants to land a leg kick but Adams is out of range.
Ricard is still on wobbly legs! Can Adams finish him?
Ricard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Adams paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ricard. Adams does a little dance to reset his feet.
Adams lands a big right hook! Ricard looks hurt but is still standing! Adams lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Ricard falls down and Adams dives in with a huge hammer fist! Ricard's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Adams runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

Lawrance Adams was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
