Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mata Hari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kubla Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mata Hari could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kubla Khan's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hari stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hari wants it to stay on the feet.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hari takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

That has opened up Kubla Khan's cut even more.

Hari has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Khan regains guard immediately.
Hari tries to free his leg and advance position but Khan is retaining full guard.

Hari is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hari has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hari's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Hari wants to pass the guard but Khan is keeping the position.
Hari is stalling in the full guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Hari is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Khan can do to turn this around?

We're going to have a standup here because Mata Hari wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Kubla Khan's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Hari leaves Khan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kubla Khan's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
