The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longhold closes the distance and clinches up with Lykourgos, looking for a takedown. Longhold pushes Lykourgos against the cage but Lykourgos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Hermes Lykourgos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Longhold takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Oooooh!!! Lykourgos has knocked Longhold down with a huge combo! Lykourgos steps away and waves a wobbly Longhold back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Steve Longhold has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Longhold is aggressively charging in as Lykourgos backs up avoiding any damage. Lykourgos tosses out a jab and Longhold runs right into it face first! Longhold is out cold! Lykourgos dropped down on all fours and is barking in Longhold's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

After winning the bout, Hermes Lykourgos thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
