Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trent Hangman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cortland Cartwright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cartwright is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by St. Anger. Cortland Cartwright has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, Winston Alpacca and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartwright tries to score a power double leg takedown but Hangman sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cartwright somewhat.
Hangman moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Hangman cracks Cartwright with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Cartwright bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Cartwright is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Hangman is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hangman is looking to reverse the position.
Cartwright landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Hangman is looking for a sweep.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hangman can't do much from the bottom here.
Hangman is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Cartwright asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Cartwright creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
