Sugden comes to the cage accompanied by I'm shipping up to Boston. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Strong Omar!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sugden scores with a punch to the head.

Omar closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Sugden to the mat! Sugden manages to get full guard.

Omar with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sugden to score with a decent uppercut.
Sugden cracks a nice hook into Omar's ribs.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Omar tightens his grip and picks Sugden up, before dumping him to the ground. Sugden manages to land in guard.
Omar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sugden. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Omar should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Omar decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Sugden, up you get!
Omar gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Sugden lands with an overhand left.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sugden closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Omar! Sugden dives in looking to finish! Omar is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chad Sugden!
