PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Casper Holm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Worf Roshenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roshenko is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by QoNos Death Swell. Worf Roshenko told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roshenko looks for a takedown but Holm sprawls well.
Holm lands with a nice body punch.
Holm misses with a head kick.
Holm keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Holm ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Holm thuds a left hand into Roshenko's body.
Casper Holm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Holm moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Roshenko looks winded!
Holm comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Holm lands a left and a right that send Roshenko crashing to the mat, dazed. Holm thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Worf Roshenko has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A head kick misses from Holm.
A solid leg kick lands there for Holm.
Roshenko takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Holm lands a big uppercut and Roshenko crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Roshenko looks OK. Holm waves Roshenko back to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Holm fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Holm walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Roshenko drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Holm swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Roshenko's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Casper Holm!

Worf Roshenko spoke after the fight, saying 'It is a good day to die.'.
