PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seti Setu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krauser Gotch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Setu's entrance music is Yelawolf - Catfish Billy. A fine choice. Gotch is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Medieval War. Seti Setu could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Krauser Gotch's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seti Setu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Krauser Gotch!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gotch fails with the takedown
and Setu counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Gotch has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Setu is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Gotch misses with a wild body shot.
Gotch keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Setu.
Setu darts in looking for a takedown but Gotch gets double underhooks and turns Setu into the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Setu creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Gotch stalling the fight.
Gotch lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Gotch jumps guard but Setu stands there with Gotch around his waist. Gotch gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Gotch pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Setu swings widly with a right hand
and Gotch counters with a good, hard body kick but Setu shrugs it off.
Setu throws a body punch but Gotch moves out of range.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Setu slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Setu misses the jab.
Gotch misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Setu.
Setu cracks Gotch with a left hook right on the temple and Gotch goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Setu lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Gotch is OK!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Seti Setu!
A relieved looking Seti Setu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Krauser Gotch stepped up to the mic, saying 'Das ist nicht su gut. Gut zu wissen. Gut zu wissen. '.
