The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Rhys Parry will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Parry tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Guzman paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Parry thuds his right hand into Guzman's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Guzman tries to land a front kick but Parry steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Guzman turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Parry crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Guzman - the referee stops the clock and Parry gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Guzman. Parry manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
