The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long moves away from the strike by Roth.
Roth looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Long throws a leg kick
and Roth counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Roth blocks a jab.
Roth is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Roth uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Long.
Long misses with a looping right.

Long throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Roth tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Long is in Roth's guard.
Long might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Long working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Roth is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Long has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Roth taps out!
