Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Teuvo Majakivi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Warren Peace!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peace throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Peace shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Majakivi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Peace looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Majakivi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Peace shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Peace was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Peace swings around for an armbar but Majakivi sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Peace's guard.

Peace sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
