Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Geissen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ladislav Hemsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hemsky has chosen Onward to Victory as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geissen scores with a shot to the body.
Geissen misses with an attempted mid kick.
Geissen fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hemsky is out of range.
Geissen throws a sloppy head kick and Hemsky moves out of range easily.
Hemsky connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Hemsky is looking to clinch.
Hemsky moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Geissen looks to land a body kick but Hemsky moved away.

Hemsky walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Geissen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Geissen throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Hemsky displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Geissen throws out the jab.
Geissen tries to land a leg kick but Hemsky saw it coming and moves away.

and Geissen counters with a nice low kick that buckles Hemsky's knee momentarily.

Geissen takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hemsky tries to close the distance and clinch up but Geissen swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hemsky throws a hook but Geissen avoids it easily.
Geissen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Geissen drops Hemsky with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hemsky looks back up at him and smiles so Geissen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Hemsky has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Geissen throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hemsky is still on wobbly legs! Can Geissen finish him?
Hemsky ducks under a wild hook from Geissen.
Geissen takes one to the chin there.
Hemsky throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A big left from Geissen misses.
Geissen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Geissen looks to land a left hand but Hemsky moved out of range nicely.
Hemsky is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Geissen had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Geissen throws a powerful right kick. Hemsky tried to block low but the kick was high! Hemsky was taken right off of his feet! Geissen jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
