The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swade throws a right and a left that both miss.
Randy Swade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boy moves out of range as Swade strikes.
A punch combination from Swade misses.
Boy throws a sloppy head kick and Swade moves out of range easily.
Swade throws a body punch but Boy moves out of range.
Boy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Swade.
Boy lands a high kick to the side of Swade's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Boy dives into guard, looking to finish.

It looks like Randy Swade has been cut.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Boy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Boy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Swade rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Boy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Swade takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Boy uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Swade.
Swade looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Swade misses with a few strikes there.
Swade connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Boy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
