Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Ce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cedric Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergei Ce!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cedric Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Ce - just one landing.
Ce tries to bum rush Jackson with a series of wild strikes but Jackson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Jackson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ce's waist but Ce gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jackson off to one side.
Ce connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Jackson is looking to clinch but Ce is avoiding it.
Ce lands with a cross.
Jackson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ce looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ce misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ce stuffs the takedown.
Jackson tries to clinch but Ce is having none of it.
Some wild striking there from Ce.
A looping hook to the body misses from Ce. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet.

Jackson tries to clinch but Ce moves out of range.

Jackson shoots in but no luck this time.
Sergei Ce has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cedric Jackson.
Jackson dodges the punch combination from Ce.
Jackson shoots in for a double leg but Ce sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ce misses with a straight left.
Jackson uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ce.
Jackson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ce as he jumps to the side.
Jackson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ce.
Ce closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Jackson! Ce dives in looking to finish! Jackson is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei Ce!
During a confident post fight interview, Sergei Ce thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
