Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Christopher Walken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jorgip Wallrium!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallrium needs to keep his hands up - Walken had a free shot at his head there.
Wallrium slips under a jab from Walken.
Wallrium throws a head kick but Walken moves out of range.
Walken throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Walken tries to score with a low kick but Wallrium moves his leg out of the way.
Wallrium lands a high kick!
Wallrium tries to clinch up but Walken circles away and keeps his distance.
Wallrium misses with a body shot.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Wallrium checks a leg kick.
Walken takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Wallrium lands with a kick to the temple. Walken shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Christopher Walken has been cut.
Walken fails to land with a series of punches.
Wallrium tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wallrium feints and then cracks Walken's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Walken down.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Walken throws an off balance right hand
and Wallrium counters with a leg kick.
Wallrium throws a lazy right hand but Walken sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Walken takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wallrium is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Wallrium throws a head kick but Walken moves out of range.
Walken tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wallrium was well out of range. Poor timing from Walken.
Wallrium throws a series of punches but Walken moves out of range.
Wallrium goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Wallrium is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Walken fails to land with a series of punches.
Walken avoids the head kick by Wallrium.

Wallrium connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Walken momentarily.

Wallrium takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Good leg kick by Wallrium there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Walken throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wallrium stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Wallrium has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Walken.
Walken rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Wallrium moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Walken throws a combination. Wallrium tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Walken misses with a head kick.
Walken looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Wallrium pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Wallrium moves in looking to clinch but Walken pushes him off.
Walken goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Walken throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Walken stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wallrium.
Walken throws out a leg kick but Wallrium moves out of range and Walken only half commits.
Wallrium throws a wild body kick that Walken sees coming a mile off.
Walken takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Wallrium fails with an attempt to clinch.
Walken scores with a leg kick.
Walken darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Wallrium rushes Walken and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Walken can't find room to land a body shot as Wallrium controls the action.
Wallrium pushes off an throws an elbow but Walken leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Wallrium.
I was talking to Walken's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Walken lands a right hand.
Walken presses Wallrium against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Walken blocks an uppercut.
The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows.
Walken working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Wallrium tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Walken breaks from the clinch.
Wallrium misses with a low kick as Walken jumps back.
Walken loads up on a big right hand but Wallrium slips the punch.
Wallrium tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wallrium tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walken swats him away and circles back towards the center.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Wallrium buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Walken ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
A low kick from Wallrium is predictable there
and Walken counters with a nice low kick that buckles Wallrium's knee momentarily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jorgip Wallrium will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Wallrium bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Walken tries to bum rush Wallrium with a series of wild strikes but Wallrium uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Walken swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Wallrium throws a sloppy head kick and Walken moves out of range easily.
Wallrium moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wallrium. Walken does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wallrium throws a push kick but Walken slaps the foot to one side.

Walken cracks Wallrium with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Wallrium is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Wallrium is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Wallrium could not beat the count!
