The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nick throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ross stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Ross looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nick is fending him off so far but Ross persists. Nope, Nick circles away and we're back to standing.
Ross looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Rick Ross seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ross shoots for a takedown but Nick saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
