Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stoney Mcweedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Humberto Jamie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcweedy kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is James Brown - I feel good.. Stoney Mcweedy had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcweedy fails to land with a series of punches.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mcweedy.
Jamie tries to clinch but Mcweedy is having none of it.
Mcweedy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Mcweedy shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Jamie kicks Mcweedy off and gets back to his feet.

Jamie clinches.
Jamie scores with a knee to the head.

Mcweedy is breathing heavily.
Mcweedy is trying to drag Jamie to the mat but Jamie just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Jamie lands a nice knee to the body.
Mcweedy wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Mcweedy avoids a wild elbow strike from Jamie.

Jamie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jamie moves into range and clinches up with Mcweedy.
Mcweedy is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Jamie breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jamie tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mcweedy swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Jamie dips a shoulder and cracks Mcweedy with a mighty uppercut! Mcweedy falls back against the cage and Jamie unloads with a barrage of strikes! Mcweedy is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Jamie screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
