Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nem Sis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris comes into the arena with Heretic Anthem blaring out of the sound system. Nem Sis has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Marvin Harris's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sis fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sis connects with a solid leg kick.
Sis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Sis walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Harris looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That kick from Sis tenderised Harris's leg. Harris is trying to keep his angry face on.
Harris tries to land a leg kick but Sis saw it coming and moves away.
Sis lands with a thumping leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Sis, right into the meat.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Sis swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Sis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sis has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Sis decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Sis not doing much here.

Sis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Harris defends it well.

Sis throwing shots but Harris is blocking nicely.

Sis looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Sis tries to pass the half guard into mount. Harris knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Sis is thwarting Harris's attempts to control the position.

Harris is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Sis is trying to control. Harris wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Sis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Marvin Harris wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Sis explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Harris lands with a good body shot.
Nice body kick from Sis.

Sis dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Harris. That did some damage!
Harris takes one to the chin there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Sis shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Harris's guard.
Sis throws a big right hand that misses.
Sis throwing strikes from guard but Harris blocks nicely.
Sis trying to control the position from guard on top but Harris is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sis looking to sit in guard and control but Harris gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nem Sis dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

An inside leg kick lands from Sis.
Marvin Harris is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Harris misses with a leg kick

and Sis counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Harris's guard now.
Sis trying to control the position from guard on top but Harris is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sis throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Harris works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Sis tries to free his leg and advance position but Harris is retaining full guard.

Sis passes Harris's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Sis looks to land a strike but Harris avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
Sis wants to control from the top but Harris keeps moving.
Sis trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Sis keeps trying to improve his position.
Harris manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Sis tries to reverse the position but Harris maintains control.
Sis holds on to Harris as tight as he can, avoiding damage.
Sis is working to get back to half guard.
Sis tries to hold on but Harris pushes him away.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sis regains half guard.
Sis gets back to full guard.

Sis has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Harris doesn't defend quickly enough and Sis has managed to lock this one up! Can Harris escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sis on a fantastic submission victory.
