Syatt comes into the arena with Tony Bennett - I wanna be around blaring out of the sound system. Bourbon Conde is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sick Puppies- You're Going Down. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Lee Syatt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ludwik Bourbon Conde!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bourbon Conde shoots in and bounces Syatt off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Bourbon Conde drops back, looking for a kneebar! Syatt looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Syatt looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Syatt!
Bourbon Conde is looking to regain half guard here but Syatt keeps moving and retains side control.

Syatt tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Syatt has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Bourbon Conde told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bourbon Conde is not content to let Syatt control the position.

Bourbon Conde manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Bourbon Conde tries to roll over but Syatt keeps him under control.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Syatt connects with a nice short shot to Bourbon Conde's temple.

Bourbon Conde looking for a kimura from the bottom but Syatt passes into side control!
Bourbon Conde tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Syatt wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Syatt has hold of Bourbon Conde's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Bourbon Conde seems comfortable defending it but Syatt has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Bourbon Conde is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Bourbon Conde is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Syatt couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Lee Syatt!
