Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Agustin Reyes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lagar Prechnyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lagar Prechnyan looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Agustin Reyes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lagar Prechnyan!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prechnyan misses with a double jab

and Reyes counters by clinching up.
Prechnyan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Prechnyan is trying to break the clinch but Reyes is controlling him.
Prechnyan is trying to push Reyes away but Reyes has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Reyes blocking some punches.
A frustrated look appears on Prechnyan's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Prechnyan has hold of one of Reyes's legs. Reyes is fighting the takedown attempt but Prechnyan gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Reyes looking for a sweep. Not yet Reyes, not yet.
Prechnyan trying to control the position from guard on top but Reyes is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Prechnyan prevents Reyes from getting back to his feet.
Reyes is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Prechnyan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Prechnyan tries to free his leg and advance position but Reyes is retaining full guard.

Prechnyan wants to control but Reyes is keeping busy.

Reyes decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Reyes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Prechnyan has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Reyes is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Prechnyan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Prechnyan leaves Reyes with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Prechnyan connects with a high kick.
Prechnyan throws a head kick that misses

and Reyes decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Prechnyan's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Reyes trying to control the position from guard on top but Prechnyan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Reyes wants to get up but he can't break Prechnyan's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Prechnyan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Reyes gets to his feet. Prechnyan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lagar Prechnyan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Reyes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Reyes could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Reyes displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Prechnyan throws out the jab.

Reyes dips to his left and cracks Prechnyan with an uppercut!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Reyes counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Prechnyan wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Reyes is now in half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Prechnyan can do anything to dispel that myth.

Reyes decides to return to a standing position.
Reyes cracks Prechnyan with a right hand to the side of the head.
Sloppy strikes from Reyes. Those never looked like landing.
Prechnyan throws a sloppy head kick and Reyes moves out of range easily.
Reyes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Prechnyan misses with a looping left.
Reyes misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

enabling Reyes to counter with a crisp jab.

Reyes gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Prechnyan gets control of Reyes's arms and successfully pulls guard. Prechnyan will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Reyes tries to stand and escape but Prechnyan is controlling the position.
Prechnyan looks like he's trying to stand up.

Prechnyan drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Reyes manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Prechnyan has Reyes in his guard.

Reyes wants to stand but Prechnyan has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Agustin Reyes is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Agustin Reyes showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Reyes has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
