Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tetsuya Kuroko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Gongor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peter Gongor is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Daniel Franklin and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gongor tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kuroko swivels and escapes.
Kuroko throws a head kick but Gongor moves out of range.
Kuroko doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gongor counters with a two punch combo.

Kuroko drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Gongor controls Kuroko momentarily but Kuroko frees himself.
Gongor wants to sweep but no luck.
Kuroko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gongor swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kuroko not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Gongor escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kuroko gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Gongor is striking but Kuroko is not phased and passes to half guard.
Kuroko is trying to control. Gongor wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Kuroko is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Gongor doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kuroko.

Kuroko lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Kuroko will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Kuroko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Gongor is just riding it out for now. Kuroko eventually gives up the hold.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gongor is bucking up trying to escape but Kuroko cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Gongor shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Gongor showed some decent athleticism there.
