Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between AC Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). AC Hardy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hardy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Hardy decides to stand back up. Hardy steps back and let's Wilson get back to his feet.

Hardy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hardy's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Hardy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Wilson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Wilson has escaped and now he's on top!

Hardy is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Wilson can't fight it off and eventually Hardy manages to take the fight to the floor. Wilson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

AC Hardy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
