Zalac kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Eminem - Not afraid. Alen Zalac has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Persecutioned keeps the fight on the outside.
Zalac tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Zalac darts in looking for a takedown but Persecutioned gets double underhooks and turns Zalac into the cage.
Persecutioned is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Persecutioned dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Zalac escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Persecutioned's jab looks to have found its range, popping Zalac under the eye.
Zalac shoots in for a takedown but Persecutioned shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alen Zalac. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Zalac looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Zalac tries to score a power double leg takedown but Persecutioned sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zalac somewhat.

Persecutioned connects with a body shot that sends Zalac's belly button to the back.

Persecutioned throws a shot from downtown. Zalac moves away and avoids it.
Zalac wants to clinch but Persecutioned slips to the side
and Persecutioned counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Donk. Persecutioned catches Zalac right on the button with a cross.
Zalac steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Persecutioned.
Persecutioned lands a nice shot that snaps Zalac's head back.
Zalac throws a right and a left that both miss.
Zalac is breathing heavily.
Zalac misses with a body kick.
Zalac tries to clinch but Persecutioned moves out of range.
Persecutioned lands an overhand right.
Persecutioned misses with a looping right.
Zalac keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Persecutioned.
Persecutioned cracks Zalac on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Zalac falls backwards against the cage. Persecutioned follows up with more strikes that drop Zalac to his knees. Persecutioned keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Zalac! This one is all over!
