Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Rufus Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kevin Anthony !
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Ben Watson and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Anthony looks to clinch
and Diaz counters with a big head kick but Anthony shrugs it off.
Nice takedown defense from Diaz. No joy for Anthony on that attempt.
Anthony shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Diaz counters with a head kick.

Anthony tries to close the distance and clinch but Diaz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Anthony throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Diaz's waist but Diaz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Anthony off to one side.
