The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nyyrikki punishes Mckay's body with a nice straight punch.
Nyyrikki tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mckay manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kenric Nyyrikki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Nyyrikki closes the distance and clinches.
Mckay changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Nyyrikki fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Nyyrikki got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mckay has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nyyrikki has managed to get both his arms back between Mckay's legs - danger averted.

Nyyrikki is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - Mckay is in big trouble! Nyyrikki is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking Mckay. Poor guy.
