The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vivamus misses with a few strikes there.
Vivamus looks to throw a body kick
and Savage counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Vivamus throws a low kick but Savage avoids it.
Savage swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Vivamus.
Savage lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vivamus circles away quickly and effectively.

Vivamus throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Savage avoids the head kick by Vivamus.
Vivamus is breathing heavily.
Vivamus looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Vivamus throws a leg kick
and Savage counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
We've been told by Vivamus's head coaches at Red Light MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Savage connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Vivamus momentarily.
Vivamus glances at the clock... BAM! Savage nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Vivamus crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Vivamus is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
