The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stark cracks the inside of Pablo's front leg.
Stark connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Pablo shoots in for a double leg but Stark sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Pablo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Stark has closed the distance and engaged Pablo in a clinch.
Pablo avoids a wild elbow strike from Stark.
Pablo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Stark pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Stark creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Pablo shoots in but Stark avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Robb Stark is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pablo takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Stark fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Stark drives through and clinches with Pablo against the cage.
Pablo's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Stark tries to land a knee to the head but Pablo blocks with his arms.
Pablo is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Stark comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Stark scores with a nice right hand.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Pablo. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Stark misses with a few strikes there.

Pablo clinches up with Stark and pushes him back against the cage.
Pablo can't get the takedown.
Pablo doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

A head punch blocked on the inside by Pablo.
Pablo goes for a takedown attempt but Stark pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Stark has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Pablo blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Stark is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Pablo is keeping busy.

Stark throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Stark pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.

The referee is keeping an eye on Stark - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Pablo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Pablo drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stark gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Pablo is trying to trip Stark. He has hold of a leg but Stark is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Pablo persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Stark lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pablo!
Stark trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Stark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pablo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Stark gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Pablo to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Pablo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stark keeps working.

Stark content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Pablo has locked up a guillotine! Pablo's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Stark is holding on here and Pablo must be using up a lot of energy. Stark has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Pablo gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
