Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walters lunges at Aslamanov with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Aslamanov's hand.
Dirk Walters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Aslamanov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Walters defends well and Aslamanov ends up having to push Walters into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Walters tries to break the clinch but Aslamanov is controlling the position.
Walters breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Walters lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Walters throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Aslamanov on the side of the head.
Walters lands a left and a right that send Aslamanov crashing to the mat, dazed. Walters thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Walters lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Aslamanov is looking to close the distance but Walters sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Aslamanov crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Aslamanov is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
