The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trujillo instigates a clinch.
Vasara tries to land knees in the clinch but Trujillo avoids the damage to the body.

Vasara has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Vasara throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Trujillos head.
Vasara connects with a knee to the head.
Vasara creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Trujillo's defenses.
A short body shot lands from Vasara as the two fighters clinch.
Vasara gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

It looks like Abel Trujillo has been cut.

Vasara breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Vasara lands a nice leg kick that just misses Trujillo's sensitive parts.
