Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Jalkalukko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Varian Wyrnn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jalkalukko comes to the cage accompanied by Jordan Sparks ft. Chris Brown - No Air . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jesse Jalkalukko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Varian Wyrnn!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jalkalukko dodges the punch combination from Wyrnn.
Wyrnn looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Jalkalukko looks to land a body kick but Wyrnn moved away.
Wyrnn displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jalkalukko.
Wyrnn throws a jab when Jalkalukko was well out of range.
Jalkalukko will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

and Wyrnn counters with a left and a right that stings Jalkalukko.

Wyrnn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jalkalukko manages to avoid it.
Wyrnn lands a jab to the head.
Wyrnn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wyrnn is looking to clinch but Jalkalukko is avoiding it.

Wyrnn fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Jalkalukko, pushing him back against the cage.

Jalkalukko is trying to force a seperation but Wyrnn has the dominant position.
Jalkalukko tries to break free but Wyrnn pushes him back against the cage.
Wyrnn misses with a punch on the inside.
Jalkalukko has had enough of the clinch but Wyrnn keeps him there for the moment.

Wyrnn's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Jalkalukko looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jalkalukko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Wyrnn is just riding it out for now. Jalkalukko eventually gives up the hold.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Wyrnn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

A left lands for Wyrnn.
Wyrnn throws a jab but it's blocked by Jalkalukko.
Jalkalukko shoots in looking for a takedown but Wyrnn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jalkalukko's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

and Jalkalukko counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Jalkalukko wants to control from the top but Wyrnn keeps moving.
Jalkalukko stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wyrnn swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jalkalukko is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Wyrnn sees it coming and defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wyrnn is adopting a defensive guard.
Jalkalukko trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Wyrnn tries a head kick but it misses.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Wyrnn tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jalkalukko is able to avoid easily.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Varian Wyrnn.
I think Wyrnn has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
