Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Fujiwara and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evander throws a leg kick which misses Nomak's front leg but catches the back leg as Nomak tries to avoid it.
Evander has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Nomak is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Evander turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Nomak ducks under a wild hook from Evander.
Nomak looks for a takedown but Evander sprawls well.
Nomak pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Evander displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Nomak.
Nomak takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Evander lands a really nice looking cross but Nomak seems unphased.

Evander gets tackled into the cage by Nomak. Nomak maintains the clinch.

Nomak tries to land knees in the clinch but Evander avoids the damage to the body.

Nomak goes for a takedown attempt but Evander pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Evander uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nomak has time to react.

Nomak on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nomak chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Evander can pounce on him.

Nomak gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Nomak moves in looking to clinch but Evander pushes him off.
Nomak takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Nomak is breathing heavily.
Evander slips a jab from Nomak.
Nomak takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
It looks like Paul Nomak has been cut.
Nomak is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nomak is rocked!
Nomak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Evander paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Oh Nomak is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Evander throws a nice inside leg kick.
Nomak seems to have got his legs back now.
Nomak is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
A looping hook to the body misses from Nomak. Evander does a little dance to reset his feet.
Nomak fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Evander, pushing him back against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Nomak.
Evander escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Nomak is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Nomak looks to land a right hand but Evander moved out of range.
Evander has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Nomak drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Evander gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Evander is looking to break free of the clinch but Nomak has double underhooks.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Evander.
Evander swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Nomak has Evander pressed against the cage, preventing Evander from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Evander has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Evander wants to break free but Nomak has control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Evander throws a punch but it's blocked by Nomak.
Evander can't break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aias Evander dominated that round.

Evander buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Evander is looking to slow Nomak down with leg kicks.
No joy there for Evander, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Evander bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Nomak's head.
Evander scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Nomak is looking to clinch.
Nomak takes one to the chin there.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nomak on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Evander. Evander obviously looking to wear him down.
Evander has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Evander throws a hook but Nomak avoids it easily.
The fighters circling - Nomak throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Nomak looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Nomak looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Evander keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nomak shoots in but no luck this time.

BOOM! Evander lands a beautiful left hook that drops Nomak. Nomak tries to recover but Evander is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Nomak lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
